Shipping & Returns

Shipping: All physical items are processed within 3-5 business days. Due to high demand in the unclaimed inventory program, average delivery times range from 16 to 22 business days.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address as soon as the item leaves our distribution center.

Returns: Items obtained through this program are subject to a 30-day inspection period. If the item does not match the description provided in the briefing, you may request a replacement or shipping fee refund.
